In general, a slow charge is better for the battery. Fast-charging can be done with minimal harm to the battery if certain conditions are met. For more details see the link below. I'm going to say yes. Heck on my current OnePlus device the dash charger hasn't even left the box. I've found on all my devices, tablets and phones, they last longer on each charge if I slow charge them. So while I would agree that battery technology has gotten a point where fast charge is not as bad for batteries, slow charging them is still better for them.
The reason that every major university maintains a department of
mathematics is that it's cheaper than institutionalizing all those people.
