I think you will get near universal consensus that if you go around identifying yourself as an employee of a company and complaining about it, they have a right to fire you. You have to have an amazing sense of entitlement to think you can take someone's paycheck and then actively try to undermine their efforts without consequence....all while emphasizing your role in the company.
